The Advantage IQ platform includes a module for tracking and managing your wireless services at the device level. This central repository for wireless assets will give you control over diverse data points such as make, model, serial number, purchase date, purchase price, warranty, and more. Devices can be associated with individual users for even greater control.

Wireless Store

For those organizations looking to gain control over wireless purchasing, Advantage IQ offers a centralized web-based purchasing tool for all cellular, paging and Blackberry needs. The Wireless Store provides an easy and convenient method for ordering wireless devices, rate plans and accessories, and is configured to a company’s preferred carriers, authorized devices, and negotiated rate plans/discounts.

Employees needing a wireless device will go to the web site, log in with password, and answer some simple questions. The system will provide the appropriate options and employees can then place their order. The flexible tool accommodates management approval routing when desired to ensure greater compliance around company policy.

Minute Minder Service

We can provide a proactive management tool to help avoid exceeding your bucketed minutes each month with Minute Minder Service. Your users will receive a text message on their cellular phone or an email that alerts them when they are close to exceeding their allotted cellular minutes.

Reporting Creates Visibility

With wireless devices, it is especially critical to provide users—whether individuals, managers or finance executives—with access to the relevant spending details needed to perform their role. Examples of reports that are included are:
