One Or More Telecom Categories?
We’re experts in all aspects of telecom management services, but allow you to individually select those categories where you have the greatest need, whether it’s LEC, Data, Long Distance or Wireless. In addition to choosing the categories, you can also choose specific service levels as described below.
Standard Service Offering
It’s “standard” but it’s not plain. This is a full-featured solution that delivers all of the bill processing, bill validation and reporting capability you expect from the industry leader. This is the solution that clients choose when they require solid A/P and financial accountability, and improved understanding of their spending with telecom vendors. Our standard service includes:
- Invoice Management. We receive, image, store, consolidate and pay (optional) your invoices with special attention to accurate, timely (not to early, not too late) transactions.
- Cost Allocation. Using client-defined business rules and hierarchies we assign costs to the appropriate cost centers whether location-based or department-based.
- Invoice and Variance Level Audit. Each invoice goes through a regimented evaluation and validation process to identify erroneous charges. Clients can choose to have us remedy the errors or handle that function themselves.
- Actionable Intelligence. Reporting is complete and thorough. All telecom spending (by time period, historical and trended) is available by vendor, service type, location, etc. Additional reports document savings, actions taken by Advantage IQ in support of resolving billing errors, and transactional activity.
Enhanced Service Offering
Our enhanced service offering includes everything from the Standard Service, but focuses more on critical telecom management requirements. This added capability is specifically tailored to deliver performance and information to telecom managers. Our enhanced service includes:
- Compile and Maintain Inventory. We build a complete and accurate inventory of your entire telecom infrastructure, maintained on an ongoing basis through the invoice payment process.
- Inventory Level Audit. Experience has proven that an “Inventory Level” audit greatly increases savings opportunities by uncovering circuits and services that may no longer be needed and insuring that the same service is not contracted through multiple vendors.
- Optimization. Because our team includes experienced telecom industry professionals, our analysts “go deep” into your data to identify and bring forward significant savings and performance recommendations.
- Enhanced Reporting. With the addition of a complete inventory, a wider range of information about your telecom environment is available to your telecom department, allowing them tighter controls and better planning.
